Scorcher and his friends attend Baddie Primary School, where super villains learn to be bad. In this topsy-turvy colourful comic book we meet the kids from Baddie Primary School. They all love school where they learn to be bad. Dirt, explosions, tricks are all just part of the learning. They are in constant rivalry with Goodie Primary School, which is just across the road.

The story is fun, full of colour drawing in the visually literate children of today. It is also aimed at those children who are in-between picture book and first reader stage and reluctant readers. The images are fun, attractive and support the text nicely. Each page has no more than one word that will need explanation.

This fast moving, visual story is bound to excite the younger children. If you have an ‘in-between’ kid or reluctant reader this is the series to expose them to.
